Deepening and Embracing
All of YouÂ
A 6 Day Immersive Therapy RetreatÂ
Quintamar, Algarve PortugalÂ
Tuesday October 13th, 2026 - Sunday October 18th, 2026
Act NowÂ
You’ve already begun your healing journey. You’ve faced the edges, softened into your truth,
and taken those first brave steps toward healing.
Now, it’s time to go deeper.
This retreat is an invitation to meet yourself in new ways—to embrace the parts of you still waiting to be seen, heard, and held with compassion.
Set in the serene landscapes of Portugal, Deepening & Embracing All of You offers a sacred space for returning home to your body, your story, and your inner wisdom.
Through somatic practices, trauma-informed group work, and deep rest in nature, you’ll be gently supported to uncover the layers beneath survival and connect with the wholeness that’s always been there.
This is not about fixing you.
It’s about welcoming all of you.
Â
Reconnect, Deepen and Grow.
(with support from Dr Kelly and Theres).Â

This retreat is for you if:
You are interested in working with the different parts of yourselfÂ
You have a desire to deepen and sit with the emotions that create a inner conflict
You want to learn more about your adaptive survival responses
You want to think about how you may have internalised aspects of your hurt and abuseÂ
Â
On this therapeutic retreat you will be exploring, mapping out and learning to honour your parts of self.
You will be invited to look into your past and make sense of your different parts and why they were needed to support you.

Â
Â

This retreat is NOT for you if:
You are not willing to think and reflect on your experiences
You want space to talk in detail about what happened to you
You do not want to learn about the different parts of selfÂ
You don't feel like you can keep yourself safe on this journey
Your guide:Â Dr Kelly Savery
Dr Kelly is a trauma psychologist in the UK. She became interested in the healing relationship between the body and mind through 14 years of her experience working with individuals who have lived through trauma.
Dr Kelly's experience with trauma herself is related to being a woman of colour. She understands what it feels like to be powerless to circumstances out of your control.
As a trauma psychologist, Dr Kelly has seen many trauma survivors work through their past traumatic experiences in trauma therapy and knows firsthand how resilient survivors of trauma are.
Her greatest joy as a trauma psychologist is witnessing change in the people she is supporting.Â

Your guide:Â Theres Fickl
Theres is a psycho-trauma counsellor, supervisor and trainer in the UK. After years of working with children and young people with attachment trauma she is now enjoying working with women who are trying to grow beyond their traumatic experiences.Â
Theres is passionate about creating a space where women can leave their self-judgement behind and use their curiosity instead, to explore their body and mind’s responses to trauma. She knows how important such a space is from her own engagement with her therapy process.Â
She enjoys sharing knowledge, offering reflective questions, bringing empathy and humour to the space. Theres feels honoured that the women she works with share so deeply, and allow her to travel alongside them in their journey to growth.
She feels humbled by the human spirit that prevails no matter what.
